When you have a workout it doesn't have to be a fancy one with tools. During workouts you can have music on. When your working out you can ride your bike or run a lap. If you have a gym close by you or in your apartment then go out to the gym for at least and hour or more. Don't forget before you start any workout always stretch!! If you don't stretch you could pull a muscle and you don't want that to happen.If you can't go outside no biggy, just do a workout at home. You could do burpies ( jump, go down and do a push up and jump up and continue.) Set yourself a daily workout so that way you can do something everyday.
