Hey girls!
Cosmetics. Sure cosmetics make you look beautiful but the do very bad damage to your skin. From my point of view you shouldn't be using them until your at lest 14 or 15. I mean it is fine to use chap stick or Smackers but don't put anything on your face because it makes everything worse, and if you have a habit of using them then ask your mom to take away your cosmetics that way you don't have them and your mind is thinking about it.

Healthy Snacks
If you feel your in the mood of a snack get some apples or carrots. You could also dip the apples in peanut butter if you're not allergic. If you are then you could eat some applesauce. If you're thirsty drink some organic juice, water, or milk. Don't drink soda because the only thing it does to you is make you sick. Milk will make you stronger, water will hydrate you, and juice will give you
vitamins your body needs. Once in awhile you can make some smoothies.Try to make your own and not to buy any because it saves you money and it is much healthier.

Workouts
When you have a workout it doesn't have to be a fancy one with tools. During workouts you can have music on. When your working out you can ride your bike or run a lap. If you have a gym close by you or in your apartment then go out to the gym for at least and hour or more. Don't forget before you start any workout always stretch!! If you don't stretch you could pull a muscle and you don't want that to happen.If you can't go outside no biggy, just do a workout at home. You could do burpies ( jump, go down and do a push up and jump up and continue.) Set yourself a daily workout so that way you can do something everyday.
